right way of living a good life is eating healthy to lose weight. You
don’t have to eat crash diets or go for rigorous exercises. Your body doesn’t
work like a machine but works by gradual changes.

food to work well. And, if you consume more food, then your body stores is as

Lower your calorie consumption

You should slowly introduce new
changes to your body so that your body can easily adapt them. For instance, if
you eat 12 junks food per week, bring the count to 8 per week, then 5 and gradually
decrease. The same procedure is applicable to exercises too. You cannot start
with a rigorous workout on the very first day. Plan well and introduce the habit

Decrease your calorie intake
Limit your cakes, sweet and junk
foods. Losing weight will not start if you eat too much of calories. So,
gradually decline your sweet consumption. For lower calorie intake:
- Drink more water
- Consume skimmed milk in place of whole milk
- Eat in small portions
- Consume less sugar with tea or coffee
- Restrict alcohol intake
- Stop junk food
